His Eminence Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri attended Jumu'ah prayers at Bobbers Mill Community Centre in Nottingham. On arrival he was welcomed by Dr Musharraf Hussain, CEO of the Karimia Institute, and by representatives and senior members of the local community.
The visit was marked by warmth and mutual respect between the two institutions and the wider Nottingham community. Following the salah, Shaykh-ul-Islam spent time meeting attendees, exchanging greetings, and offering short reflections on themes of unity, community service, and the shared responsibility Muslims in Britain carry for civic contribution.
The Bobbers Mill visit sits within a wider Nottingham programme this month, including the scholars' Q&A session held later in the week, and reflects the strong partnerships MQI UK continues to build with sister organisations across the country.
