London, Westminster: Alhamdulillah, a momentous occasion as the APPG on British Muslims hosted the #BigIftaar with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer at Westminster Hall - a truly historic event for the Muslim community in Britain.

We are incredibly proud that our very own Hafiz Abdullah, a student of Minhaj-ul-Quran International London, had the honour of opening the event with the beautiful recitation of the Holy Qur’an.

MashaAllah, this marks a significant milestone - likely the first-ever official recitation of the Holy Qur’an in the 1,000-year history of Westminster Hall. A moment of immense pride for Minhaj-ul-Quran UK and a testament to the growing recognition of Muslim contributions to British society.
